  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, birthday, size and product preferences, email address, and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.  Alitura Naturals may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age or gender.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and Luxlock, our live shopping software and Customer Relationship Software (CRM) to provide premium customer service and live shopping services. Data collected or stored with Luxlock Technologies is not used for marketing purposes, sold, or shared with third parties.and Shipmonk.

Customer support information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, Email Address, transactional data, product preferences, birthday, sizes or skin type.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide premium customer service, live shopping services, and Customer Management Software (CRM).
  • Source of collection: Luxlock, our Live shopping software and Customer Relationship Software (CRM)
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Data collected or stored with Luxlock Technologies is not used for marketing purposes, sold, or shared with third parties.

 

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Alitura Naturals. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Alitura Naturals website.

Security of your Personal Information

Alitura Naturals secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.   • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP: We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements).
