Return Policy

  • We offer a full refund of purchase if returned within 30 days of receiving order.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free Domestic Shipping on with orders of $110 or over within the United States. Otherwise $6.
  • Orders placed after 12pm Pacific Time will be processed the following business day (Monday – Friday).
  • Weekend delivery is not available.
  • Once your order is placed you will have a 15 minute window to contact us to change your address information. Should you change address outside of that window, you may be be asked to pay additional shipping fees. For any questions regarding your shipping information, contact Customer Service at support@alituranaturals.com.
  • Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping Policy

  • Free International Shipping with orders of $180 and over. Otherwise $19.
  • International Shipping Rates:
    • Packages should be delivered within 7 – 20 business days.
    • Weekend delivery is not available.

International Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

Additional Considerations

  • Customs: customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, Tax ID, or CPF.
    • Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
