Return Policy

  • We offer a full refund of purchase if returned within 30 days of receiving order.

Overall Shipping Policy

  • Due to the speedy nature of our fulfillment center, once your order is placed we cannot change your shipping address, information, or delay/postpone your order. For any questions regarding your shipping information, contact Customer Service at support@alituranaturals.com.
  • The notes section in your order may not be used to change address, delay/postpone your order, or make any adjustments in fulfillment as the fulfillment process is automated and the notes will not be taken into account.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping at this time unless noted in a special promotion.
  • Please note that once your order has left our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the postal courier, Alitura Naturals cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays and damaged items.
  • If you would like to combine or make changes to your existing subscriptions, please login to your account, cancel your existing subscription orders and set-up a new subscription that contains all of the products you would like to receive in one shipment on an ongoing basis.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free Domestic Shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Orders placed after 10am Pacific Time should be processed the following business day (Monday – Friday).
  • Weekend delivery is not available.
  • Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping Policy

  • Free International Shipping with orders of $180 and over. Otherwise $19.
  • International Shipping Rates:
    • Packages should be delivered within 7 – 20 business days.
    • Weekend delivery is not available.

International Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

Additional Considerations

  • Customs: customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, Tax ID, or CPF.
    • Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
